Horrible service, if item is worth shipping, skip this service. Very little tracking/information, Parcel Monkey unable to assist in any manner & only give generic, canned responses, and parcel lost in the black hole between DHL and final mile carrier, all while I am out the cost of item and shipping cost. I learned the hard way - do yourself a favor and ship with FedEx or UPS to save the aggravation.

Good quality for the price but I got my packages a bit damage at the post office. I recommend to take it easy with the packages the customers entrusts to DHL.
