Shipment has been held at customs in EU for a week now and not one person has notified me. I had to find out from our pissed off customer.

The actual time of delivery was pretty much as promised (a good final outcome). However, while waiting for the package to arrive to its destiny and upon attempting several time to track it, I found that Parcel Monkey/DHL's website provided information that was not clear enough to explain the actual status and its whereabouts. Furthermore, upon entering the tab codes provided in your status link in the internet, it indicated some routing process through European countries (Germany?) and not through Latin America (the parcel's final destiny was Colombia). It would really help to correct this part of the process for future instances.
