Lost Package poor tracking

Package was lost and still hasn't been found. There was suppose to be $100.00 insurance included but I didn't get that.
I did get a refund of the postage.Parcel Monkey replied on 06/15/18

This package eventually made it to Germany from the US, but I got ZERO tracking information. It still doesn't show where it is and has been delivered.
Choose this if you don't care to know where it is or when it will be delivered.
