Do not use this service

Do not use this service -- tracking my package took weeks longer than was projected, and the tracking numbers provided on the parcel do not actually correspond to valid tracking numbers for either USPS or DHL.
After nearly two months, my package was finally determined to be lost in transit. Parcel Monkey does not cover insurance for any items sent via DHL eCommerce, which is not explicitly disclosed. Save yourself the headache, time, and money and AVOID this service at all costs.Parcel Monkey replied on 04/30/18

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the service you have selected. The refund has been issued for the shipping cost. The quote page show cleary that there is no protection cover available for this service.

Awful customer service

Zero stars. Never received the package and no one will tell me what happened to it.
