An absolutely shocking service & customer support - parcel sent March 16 and quoted 11-22 days for delivery. Today is 44 days and I can't even get an explanation where my parcel is (despite having querried this some 2-3 weeks ago)......standard response is, waiting for the search team to respond.....I have asked for my complaint to be escalated but just get ignored....

SHAME DHL!

Sent some small gits (4lb) on 03/06/20 today is 04/29/20 and no sign of the parcel. This was going to be 14-16 days service to PL. SHAME DHL! No refund no apologies, despite my repeated emails. I'm keep on waiting....

I am not sure that my parcel has ever reached it's destination. All the tracking says is pending?
