The Worst service i have ever had. I ship a art print in a art tube and was quoted around $50 which I paid and then a month-and-a-half later my PayPal account was charged an additional $100 and when I try to resolve this and get my money back I had horrible customer service they try to say I shipped a 25 pound package which is fraud and would not help me. I will never use parcel monkey again due to this
