I was incorrectly charged for “inaccurate dimensions and/or weight”

I carefully measured and weighed my package, even recorded the dimensions and weight slightly higher in order to be on the safe side and make sure I paid enough. I double checked all measurements. I am EXTREMELY detailed and precise in this regard.
The extra charge was relatively small, almost small enough to prevent me from complaining……I wonder how many others have been subtly overcharged in this way, but not quite enough to complain?

drop off was closed at 2pm when I went to drop off the parcel. I was then charged extra for inaccurate size and weight despite being accurate and verifiable with photo evidence. 2-4 day delivery was actually 17 days
