Sent my granddaughter Christmas gifts form the US to Germany in a nicely gift wrapped sturdy box. It arrived on time and with the gift wrapping in sound conditions. I had not dared to hope that, therefore thanks DHL for helping Santa.

need options to pre pay customs fees!

Good service....would like to have had more guidance on customs, including option to pre-pay. My family had to provide cash on delivery (50 euros!) for surprise gifts. It kind of defeated the purpose...."enjoy these gifts - please pay up first!"
