I was very impressed with the speed of service from CA to South Africa in just a week. However, I had no contact from the carrier regarding transit or delivery. I contacted Parcel Monkey who provided me with the DHL tracking number, which would have been helpful earlier, as I thought the parcel had gone missing.

Fast, Dependable & Economical

Speed of delivery to Denmark was amazing (3 days) & no hassle on the recipient's end. Pkg received in perfect condition. Driver brought box to their door on 4th flr, with no elevator in the building!
