As far as service is concerned the people at the The Mailroom in Lexington, KY, on New Circle in Woodhill Circle Plaza were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. My box was delivered to it's South Korean location slightly ahead of time. I was ecstatic and relieved!
The struggle was finding a place close to me to drop off my box. To get to this drop-off took me over an hour and this was the second time I had gone to Lexington. Earlier I had ventured to another location in another part of the city, that December day. First the location near me would not accept the DHL drop off. Apparently there were pickup issues. Second the DHL online location info was not current which caused my going on my first trip to a Lexington location that was no longer open then having return to Lexington again after finding one that was. It was most stressful
