I chose DHL service through parcelmonkey to ship a package from the US to Indonesia in Dec 2020. The rate was the highest among all other services. I paid $64 for the service. A few weeks later after the package was delivered they charged me another $59.99 due to inaccurate dimensions and/or weight. I’m not sure which part that I missed because I measured it multiple times and the weight that I entered was rounded up as well. Very disappointing.
