Thank you for delivering the parcel so quickly! We have not had a good experience with getting parcels to Sweden in a timely manner before so decided to try DHL and it was really worth it. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you ParcelMonkey and thank you DHL.

Too many charges!

Christmas gift boxes to grandkids in Spain arrived quickly and in good condition .Tracking was excellent. Arrived before I forwarded the info to recipient! However, besides paying for shipment, incl. VAT tax, in advance, my daughter was billed by the carrier for extra delivery fees (should Not have to pay for a gift!) and then I received a second additional charge on my next credit card bill. No explanation given. How many times over do we need to pay for one shipment transaction?
