DHL desk clerk was surly and opened my package to verify the contents. But the package was delivered rapidly. it got to where it needed to be, affordably.

Fast, easy international shipping

Wow! We live in the U.S. and haven't shipped any big packages to our daughter in the U.K. for fear of costs on both ends and time in between. This was the easiest service ever. I dropped my package off in a local shop, and it arrived in her local parcel pick up just two days later even though we're not directly in travel hubs. The cost was less that checking a suitcase on an overseas flight, and everything arrived in perfect shape. The customs list is tedious, but easier to fill out on Parcel Monkey than on the shippers website, and it passed through customs with no problem. I immediately shipped a second large parcel, this time exceeding the duty limit, and the process was still just as fast and easy. We knew there would be taxes due, but my daughter received a text with a link to pay her duty, which was a reasonable 13% considering the array of items included for Christmas gifts. Highly recommend!

I want to thank you guys for saving me $900 cause I still have not gone back to work yet. I told my niece I would have it there by Christmas. We told her that I could not afford it. But I just couldn't disappoint her and myself. Thank you so much for all your help. It arrived in three days and no damage inside the box or on the outside. My sister said you would never know that it just traveled that far. Again thank you. Any I hope everyone at DHL has a Happy and Safe Holidays.
