Delivery was much faster than expected. Once we found a DHL store that mailed to Asia, we were delighted with the service.

I used this service (DHL Express Worldwide Drop Off, 2 to 3 business days delivery) second time. First time it was very good (drop off Monday/TX, delivered Wednesday/Hungary). This time it was ok too, only a small problem. Drop off location (again: Monday, early morning) somehow didn't put the parcel into the system, that's why DHL didn't show up for picking up on Monday. The parcel was sitting at the drop off location. I had to call DHL (early Tuesday) and let them know, my package is waiting.... then they picked it up (Tuesday, afternoon). It has been delivered on Thursday.
I don't think it was ParcelMonkey's fault, not DHL's fault either... but the fact is, DHL should have more places for drop off. Otherwise, they are incredible good!
