DHL Express service - recommended

I dropped off the parcel around midday on Tuesday 13th Oct (Boston USA) and it arrived on Friday morning 16th Oct (Brighton UK). The tracking service from DHL was excellent - regular updates to show the exact journey of my parcel. Would use this service again.

It took a lot longer than I expected. For some reasons, my package was rerouted to China and went through their custom. I have no idea why this happened. I don't think I will use DHL anymore.
