Promised delivery in 3 days and after a week when the tracking ended up only saying "pending" I contacted Parcel Monkey and they got right back to me with a phone number to have the recipient call in China. The hold up was at customs and was straightened out after about another week. The hold up was not in the control of Parcel Monkey but I don't think they have the most up to date information about the duty fees and limits on what can be sent China. Parcel Monkey had good prices compared to anyone else but it is still extremely expensive to send anything to China.
