Customer Reviews For DHL Express Worldwide Drop Off

A little behind schedule but worth it.

I was skeptical to use parcel monkey after reading some poor reviews. I decided to try it as UPS quoted 800$. DHL offered what I felt was the best value. The parcel's stated delivery time of 1-6 days was not realistic. It was held in customs and only released once I contacted them, (not PM's or DHL's fault) but was still behind schedule before the customs issues. Parcel Monkey's tracking system did not keep me updated. (more below)
My package did arrive safe and the value of parcel monkey compared to local shipping was worth the additional wait. I would estimate roughly 10-12 day for delivery (excluded customs). Other than that, the service met my high expectations and I would recommend them to others and will use again.
BE ADVISED!: Parcel Monkey tacking system was slow and inaccurate. To track, get the waybill # off of the label and track though DHL's website. Parcel Monkey's tracking continually stated it was "in Hong Kong" while being stuck in Philippines Customs for weeks.
