First time I used Parcel Monkey. Everything went well, and I am happy with the service and with how much I paid for it. I think the web page interface has a bug related to the pick-up date. The chosen date is not the one we see when we are about to confirm the shipment information. This was very confusing and I went back and forth a few times (thinking that I had forgotten to set the desired date). In general, I think the web interface could be improved a little bit.

Great shipping, but not a great start

FedEx shipped the package well and it arrived with no hassle. However, there was NO INFORMATION about when fedex was coming to pick up the package to ship it and I ended up getting worried and taking it to a fedex location myself to ship. Then they randomly showed up at the door to get the package. It was a harrowing two days because there was no information on how that service worked and when I tried to contact fedex, I couldn't get a human being on the phone. Will use again, now that I know what is what, but I didn't like that they don't contact you at all to let you know when!

All the heavy packages (80 lbs) reached in 3 days. Awesome service.
