It was so much cheaper than the direct quotes I got from USPS, Fedex and UPS that I was skeptical, but thanks to the other reviews I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! Parcel Monkey saved me $129! The only way they could improve the service would be to indicate a time frame of pickup as well as an option to drop-off vs. pickup. I am telling everyone about this great shipping service!
