Great service, cheap shipping, arrived on time and carefully handled.
Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that it wasn't quite as "tracked" as I am used to these days - the tracking scans were only at larger distribution hubs, not (for example) the drop-off shop, or my local delivery office.

Disappointed customer.

The original price for our shipment was $36. Two weeks later we were surprised to see an additional charge of $24. I sent an email asking if this was a scam but DID NOT get a response. When I logged onto Parcel Monkey I checked for a message about this charge and saw non. I thought I was getting a good price but am disappointed that I was billed extra.
I will not be using your company again, and will warn my friends about the lack of communication from Parcel Monkey.
