Ecstatic over Parcel Monkey Performance!

This was our first (but not last!) experience with using Parcel Monkey. We were not sure that our package would really arrive at its destination, but everything went perfectly. It is expensive to ship overseas, but Parcel Monkey gave a very competitive price. Sometimes there were not updates on tracking, but then in a day or two, there was an update. I think communication was good; and while I initially was confused in the tracking to an airport, a call to Parcel Monkey cleared up our confusion. In the end, it all made sense because of how carefully our delivery was planned by Parcel Monkey. We plan to use this service again very soon.
