this is a great service for sending oversees packages. much much cheaper than regular mail service

Very slow

Parcel arrived to destination intact, however service was super slow . Took 16 days rather than the estimated 4-14 days . I didn’t quite realize how many depots/hubs it was going to visit on its journey, (I counted 15 stops ) and with hindsight would have paid the extra $10 for a direct delivery service. But a great option if you don’t mind the slow service and want to save money.

Very happy with ParcelMonkey. I saved a ton of money vs UPS and the tracking dashboard is simple to use and understand. I would happily recommend PM to anyone shipping stuff (especially overseas).
