Terrible experience: Parcel Monkey + Trakpak, More than a month and still waiting

This is the reason I will never use parcel monkey ever again.
At the time of writing this review, the package has been stuck in the UK for a month (according to ParcelMonkey), who knows where the package is.
No communication from Parcel Monkey, ridiculous information given only when requested, and after waiting for an hour.
Parcelmonkey is like playing the lotttery, you'll be lucky and one of the delivery partners will work well, but most of the times you are wasting your money

Not parcelmonkey's fault but point of receiving was an issue which was eventually resolved but VERY inconvenient.

the box arrived a bit damaged, but everything was in there.
