It took a while but it was well worth the price difference. I am so happy that I used this service. If you are not in a rush for someone to receive the package I highly recommend using them. Also, this was during the COVID 19 outbreak which could have caused the delay in customs.

Arrived perfectly, a little late (20 days instead of 14) but due to corona very understandable. also big thanks to the fed-ex workers making sure the package was secure before sending
