I delivered a mailbag weighing 1.3 pounds, which contained a new fleece pullover I had purchased for my daughter who lives in greater London, to FedEx in Warwick, RI on February 25th. Total charge was just under $30. The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail on March 4th, 2020 in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with the service. Tracking was efficient and timely. The cost was more than reasonable compared to other international delivery services. Consequently, I intend to use this service again if I find it necessary to transmit a lightweight item. I have no hesitation in giving this five stars for exceptional service.

Parcel Monkey shipping was very efficient. The package got to Europe from California in 2 weeks exact. I was always able to track my package and will be shipping anything in the future with them.
