Convenient, great pricing

Entirely acceptable for the price paid. Sending via the USPS or one of the large logistics companies would have cost more than twice as much - I checked. Very clear instructions on how to handle the customs documentation and the drop-off process, that is really appreciated. Nice to be able to check online and see where the package is in the transit process. Took about 20 days total but this was over the busy Christmas period, so I have no complaints there! Overall, it was easy and affordable; I would use this service again.

Received box but soaking wet

Box got there on schedule, but it was wet & everything inside was wet. (No worries, as next time, I'll put everything in trash bags or baggies to keep everything safe.)

Excellent! Much better than Fedex at not breaking things in the package!
