On time delivery, competitive price. But I still miss international surface mail.

The delivery time from US to NL was accurate and it was the cheapest way we could find to send the small package. We experienced no problems using Parcel Monkey. It's a pity that stuff can't be shipped by surface mail anymore. Airmail is environmentally unfriendly and expensive but surface mail between the US and Europe was abolished several years ago. Parcel Monkey at least does what they can to pass their efficiencies on to the customer. Please offer a cheaper slower surface method if you can.

I appreciate the ease of printing labels, dropping the package off locally, and simple tracking. Shipping is a little slow but it gets the job done!
