Great alternative to USPS

I have been pleased with every part of this service. The drop off was easy, the tracking is great! The cost is what grabbed me. Our post office wanted almost $75.00 to mail it and Parcel Monkey was $34.00. It will be my carrier of choice when sending packages. Great Job!!!

A cheaper and faster way to ship packages to Germany

This is the first time we used TrakPak. Usually we pay a small fortune to send with the US Postal Service sending presents to Germany, and it has taken as much as 6-weeks to arrive.(after Christmas two different times) Parcel Monkey (TrakPak) delivered within the expected window (4-14 days) and everything was in order. We will be using this service for all future packages. Thanks.

Great Service and Prices

I had a GREAT experience. I was quoted 400.00 to mail a book to a friend in Italy via UPS. Fed Ex was about 200.00. I used a courier through parcel monkey for about 40.00. My friend notified me today he received it already. I will definitely use them again!
