After 6 weeks and multiple times contacting the courier, my client has still not received their package, and I've been offered no follow from the courier or explanation of why it's been delayed. I would not recommend this service if you wish your package to arrive, either in a timely fashion or at all.

As we have advised it looks like the parcel is lost and you need to file a claim so we can resolve this for you.

I'm so glad I went with them! I had to send out a package to the Netherlands that got lost using USPS three times! when I asked usps they said they didn't know where it went because they will not accurately track outside the country. This went on for about 4 months and I'm still waiting for a response on my claim. I had to resend a new package every time! Not to mention it made my business look bad saying we shipped out the item and it getting lost multiple times. Using trakpak gave me updates and it actually got delivered!

No tracking

After FED X delivery to NJ on the way to UK, all tracking ceases. No clue as to where my parcel is 6-7 days into the shipment.
I was notified SIX days after delivery to a NEIGHBOR. That was not an expectation when I purchased your service.
Yes, every scan was posted 6-7 days after delivery. I would have expected something more timely.Agent replied on 05/31/19
