Shipping process was easy to follow, with all labels printing properly. Although it may have taken a bit longer for packages from California to arrive in London, the tracking was informative, and the cost much, much less than through UPS. FedEx, etc. As I recall, the cost was less than half as much. Will use again.

Package delivered safely. Price was excellent. Tracking feature seemed to work quite well. I will use them again.

There was a tear on the side of the box that was taped up. One of our ceramic bowls was broken on arrival.
