This is the 4 out of 4 packages I sent because I moved to Germany. This one arrived not damaged, no items missing. Like that, now 2 out of 4 packages arrived in good condition. 1 is declared lost, the other one arrived damaged, with damaged items and missing items (support said that they would work on that, but didnt hear anything for a week now).
