This is one of 4 packages I sent. It arrived at my place in time, was not damaged, items arrived in good condition.
(1 of the other 4 is declared lost, 1 I did not receive yet, and the third arrived damaged, items missing, I contacted support what to do now).

Bad Service

Package lost, only able to refund 50.00 for a package with 50 items that will cost hundreds to replace. DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN!

Every time I use Parcel Monkey my packages are delivered without any issues - I love this service.
