Extremely slow speed for price, rude delivery practices

$10 more than the cheapest USPS option, seemed reasonable for 4 day service. I sent two packages of the same size and weight to myself. The inexpensive USPS First Class mail arrived on the 4th business day. The package sent through this more expensive "TrakPak" service was stuck in Chicago for days even after the tracking showed it cleared customs. Ultimately, the package arrived on the 14th business day, 19 days in all. Finally, I received an email from the courier saying the package would be delivered on a certain day and that a signature was required. I stayed home and waited for the courier, but they never contacted me and didn't show up until the next day. So, by forcing a signature requirement (that I didn't request and wasn't informed of before the email informing me of impending delivery) the courier forced me to waste TWO days waiting for them. I would not recommend this service.

If I can leave no star, I would not put any star for the service. Terrible customer service. Leak all updated. Does not match the time frame of the site. It said package to France should be 4-14 days. End up it take over a month. Everytime stated will update me the next day which never do, and I have to chase for the update. This is my first time use, and I'm sure will be my last time use as well. What a nightmare.
