Hidden charges

3, yes THREE, sets of additional charges have been added since my initial price was quoted and the parcel sent! I was at fault for one extra charge, unintentionally gave wrong size and weight, but the others were either for things I was NOT told were excluded at time of booking, or are charges being taken without explanation or my consent. Shocking ho their reasonable prices soon mount up, beware!
