Love my Monkey, Touch my Monkey (Sprockets, Saturday Night Live)

The Result: my package was delivered (slowly) from the US to Sweden and it cost about 50% less than other methods. The Process: my first time and I compare it to making sausage, I like the end product but you don't want to know how it was made. The initial drop-off at FedEx was easy and the tracking was good (PA to Chicago, IL). Then it went off the radar for a week or so and the Parcel Monkey tracking info got sketchy (held by carrier, etc.). I ended up messaging them a few times and they were good about responding but didn't have much to tell me. Then tracking showed arrival in London, YAY! Then tracking showed arrival back in Chicago, BOO! Then the box ended up in Sweden in good shape, about 3 weeks after I dropped it off, PHEW!! All-in-all I would do it again and just chill out about tracking the parcel.

Good service with quality delivery, but is slow and tracking can be confusing

I recommend this service if you truly have a time-insensitive package. I sent a large box from the West coast of the USA to the UK, and it was very easy to send and the delivery courier provided a 1h time slot 24h in advance of delivery. The box arrived without any damage and I am very happy with the service. However, there are two things to be aware of if using the service: 1) The delivery took 16 days, which is longer than the 14 days quoted as the longest time-frame; 2) the tracking is quite detailed, but can contain errors: at one point it said the box was being processed in New Zealand, when in fact it was safe and sound in London!
Still, this did not affect the delivery and I was very happy with the service and would use again.

This service was great. I paid almost half of what the post office would charge and it got there in a little over two weeks. I am very happy with the service & will use them again!
