Bait and Switch

Bait and switch. Package was accurately weighed and measured by UPS but Parcel Monkey charged me and additional fee because the claimed the weight was wrong. They would not budge nor accept my documents from UPS drop off.

Slow and failed to deliver. Got stuck in Chicago. Support barely speaks English.

Please note that all international shipments are routed via our warehouse Carol Stream, IL US for X-ray to identify if any prohibited available in the parcel. Once it is done then it will dispatch to the destination.
Today we recieved your parcel and our warehouse team x-ray and identifed the parcel contain restricted items, hence we unable to process and will return to sender.
