Tracking is just about useless

Tracking is just about useless. My package had already been delivered in London and tracking still showed that was in Chicago. In fact, there was no updated tracking information for the last 6 days of the parcel's journey.

Parcel never arrived

The German sub did not deliver the Parcel. Instead they've decided to send it back. Without clear reason.
