I dropped off package at local FEDEX shipping center. The clerk was unfamiliar with Parcel Monkey and offered me no assistance with making sure I was preparing it correctly.

The box looked as it had a rough trip. I noticed the box was opened and the content checked. It arrived in the time alloted. The Invoice was on a different plastic sleeve and folded. I was asked for 3 copies and 2 returned to me I wonder why...
