Good service for your money

I absolutely recommend this service if it's not urgent to get your package. It took 2,5 weeks from US to Hungary. The package changes service providers and tracking number from time to time but you always get the actual info in email. Track and trace is not always up-to-date (1-2 days delay). Finally the parcel arrived in perfect condition and there was no need to pay extra tax or customs (below 45€).

Great service. All 5 parcels arrived from the US intact. Only frustration is not having a phone number to call when you have questions. That can feel a bit nerve wracking.

Great for the price

Sent package to son (student in Germany). Reasonable in cost. It was interesting to see all the places that my package went by using the tracking feature. Only negative was that it took almost 3 times as long to get where it was going than the estimate . More than time allotted just in the USA! Luckily I was in no hurry.
