Do NOT Use, they never said in the info button that they won't accept liquids.

I expect this service to be the same as Parcel Monkey Silver at a lower price and with a restriction at the bottom of NO FOOD allowed in shipping. I was shipping only candles, and Toiletries from bath and body works. Instead, they kept the parcel at the hub in chicago, and the customer service agent by the name of Richard said, i'd have to pay $100 to ship it via DHL, I demanded a return and refund, instead of returning the full $56, they want to return $45 back to me. 1 star.
This service DID NOT put in the note button that NO LIQUIDS were allowed with trakpak service, their message in the notes only said NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE SERVICE. I was sending products from bath and body works, and the service made off like a bandit returning my product and pocketed a portion of what i paid for the service rather than the full amount.

First of all, it took longer then the original time stated, that would not have been a problem if customer service (in particular
Victor) would not have been so rude when I asked about it. The package finally arrived today, but was in such a status that not everything was as it was supposed to be. I am never going to use this service again, one word: horrible.
