Good carrier, everything as expected

I was quite happy with the overall service from the US to Europe.
Shipping time: 22 days (including weekends), 14 business days as promised
Tracking: Updated within 24h when in the US, Tracking in Europe was not very precise, but this is probably due to a change in the logistics company.
Communication: Excellent and quick replies via online chat/messaging system
Customs: No problems with customs since the documentation and reporting system when issuing the order was comprehensiveAgent replied on 05/30/18
