Entire process went very well, from the dropoff locally, through detailed tracking to the Departure Hub. My only gripe is not receiving a notification when the parcel is delivered overseas, but my recipient let me know it arrived in good order.

Excellent service. Definitely one of the cheapest parcel delivery services and certainly valie for money. I had four parcels from Florida to England and chose the cheapest options with 4 weeks delivery and received all 4 on the same day in 2 weeks. Tracking was up-to-date. Would highly recommend and definitely use again
