Package got there but took almost 3 weeks.

LOST PACKAGE, poor customer service, poor communication

Do NOT use this service! Use a credible, big-name courier like UPS. EU Parcel Drop-off is the worst service I've ever used; I regret entrusting them with my personal belongings. My package hadn't arrived after almost 2 months and I tried contacting customer service on several occasions. I never got any clear updates, just a repeat of the same vague responses. After 10 weeks it was eventually declared lost. I wouldn't recommend Parcel Monkey either. Their customer service failed to respond to my enquiry when I escalated the issue. There's a reason they don't provide a phone number or an email. I want my money back! I don't think they ever tried looking for my package. I don't think there was ever any real investigation. And I don't think they'll actually do anything to make up for it, even if they say they will. It's a scam. I repeat, it's not worth it unless you don't care whether your parcel arrives or not. Or if you're prepared to throw more money at them to "insure" your package.
