Had my doubts, specially being the first time using parcel monkey and this service in particular. Arrived in about two weeks, no problems. Was able to check when it was scanned through arrivals and departures of hubs and airports. Will use the service again sending some other stuff from US to EU.

USA --> Europe, not recommended at all!

USA -> Europe, time sensitive documents, $35, was supposed to be delivered within 4 to 10 days. Arrived after 30 calendar, and 23 business days. No way to file a formal complaint, no one listening. I want my money back!
