Arrived safely, on time, nothing broken. Once it got to London, it took 5 days to deliver it, which could have been a customs issue. The package was very benign, just a set of children's books and cassettes, so not sure what the hold up was. I will definitely ship with Parcel Monkey again. It was easy to find a drop-off place. They had multiple carriers to choose from. The price was very reasonable.

Terrible shipping company!

This is ridiculous! My package from united States was shipped out on May 16th, today is June 15th, a whole month! I still haven't got it yet. According to the tracking record, it has been in London airport for over half month. Every time I talk to the customer service, I got a stupid answer like" I suggest you continue to check tracking information" ...
