Extremely slow and finally lost parcel, terrible customer service

First of all, the delivery time was supposed to be 4 - 14 days. It ended up being over three weeks instead. When the parcel finally arrived, we paid customs, they arrived to deliver, we buzzed them into the building, they didn’t come upstairs (??) but instead left a note in our postbox that no one was in. We went to the place to collect the parcel (which was there for collection until 26th Jan) and the person there said it wasn’t there and we needed to ring customer service. Have tried twice - waited on the phone 2.5 hours in total, no reply. This isn’t the first time this has happened with postnord. Extremely frustrating. Similarly, customer service from parcel monkey waves all responsibility. Their messages were riddled with spelling and grammatical mistakes and they literally said " in fact we have nothing to do with this".

Regret for the inconvenience. Due to Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt the parcel returned to local post. Please ask receiver to reach them directly for collect.
