I shipped this package in November filled out and attached the paperwork and my family still has not got this This is by far my worst experience ever shipping a package . I feel as if you stole my money and my package very poor service

Kindly note that the parcel has been hold by UK Port Health due to food item contain. We are chasing them for release.

Delivered today Jan 2nd from a paid for service sent dec 9th that was meant to be 5-10 days. I use parcel monkey multiple times a year to send and never had this kind of crappy service

As informed due to huge volume clerance process was delayed by destination customs and we do no have control over them.

Slow boat to England.

When I booked the shipments to the UK you indicated a 1 to 2 week delivery. They were sent December 6th. Two weeks later it showed the packages to be in Chicago? It is almost a full month for the delivery which was intended for a holiday gift. A year ago I sent similar packages they were there in a few days?
