Lost my package in Nov, promised to send claims forms and now almost 3 months later, still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Kindly note as informed the parcel was unsuccessful delivery attempt on 18th Nov due to receiver not presented in the address. UK Post initiated return, unfortunatly it was returned yet. We are chasing them to get current status and keep you updated.
