Took longer than expected by a few days, but always kept me updated on where the package was at all times. The package itself arrived in perfect shape. Pretty good considering it's the holiday season.

I mailed a package over three weeks ago, the parcelmonkey only show the status is pending. I asked twice, the first time told me that the package is received by them and they need time to forward it to European partner. The second time told me that they will back to me. But nobody backed to me. Very worried about the package.
