Reasonably convenient way to save a bit of money (compared to USPS) for medium-weight parcels. Still extremely costly to ship four pounds of brochures to European destinations, but every little bit helps.

Great Value and arrived fast with tracking to overseas address

Amazingly affordable for the individual and half the cost of shipping compared with other carriers, and with a tracking option and for much less cost. Do it at home, measure, weigh and print, then take to drop off location near you. And it's done.

Slow with limited tracking

Parcel took 3 weeks to arrive, tracking was limited. Even though this was stated up front (after I paid), what was irritating was that I had to repeatedly check for status updates, I never received any notifications, even for delivery. Delivery consisted of the parcel being crammed into the tiny mailbox of my flat, which I don't check often since I have a P.O. box. (UPDATE: Despite what PM indicates in their reply, the parcel was tendered to a FedEx location on August 9, not the 16th, I have documentation of this)

Tracking worked well, and the parcel arrived sooner than expected.
