Good Value - Long Shipping Time

Convenient drop off at FedEx locally. The shipment took longer than expected and seemed to get stuck in customs. Overall good value for the price.

Shipping better than timeliness

Good: The package was shipped safely from the U.S. to England. There were routine notifications on the site. My small package shipped for $31 as opposed to $41 if I had done it through the U.S. Postal Service.
Not quite as good: The package was put in a Fedex box on July 22, which was initially reflected on the site. Subsequently, the date was changed to July 27. Package was delivered on Aug 10. Relative to an initial estimate of 4-14 days, July 22 to Aug 10 is beyond the estimate by a fair amount, but my package had no time sensitivity. If yours does, adjust accordingly.
I had never heard of Parcel Monkey before this and I would definitely consider using them again.
